Clean hands/ surfaces often: _Wash your hands at least 10-20 seconds before eat, or handling food. And after go to the bathroom, or feeding pets. _Wash cutting dish, knife, scissors with hot soapy water before doing another type of food. Wash cloth towels after cleaning the table surface.
Cook
Cook with appropriate temperature: _Make sure food that cooked at an appropriate temperatures. _Make sure that you know which products cooked at which temperatures.
Separate
Do not separate food at the same time: _Separate different food (raw meats, poultry... etc) into different packs, and areas. _Use different cutting boards for different kinds of products (raw meats, seafood...) _NEVER put "ready-to-eat" food on dishes that held raw products before.
Chill
Refrigerate food properly: _Refrigerate meat, poultry, eggs... after you bring it back from the grocery. _Do not let meat, poultry, eggs... sit at room temperature for more than 2 hours. _Never defrost food at room temperature, only in cold water, microwave, or in the refridgerator. _Remember to check your food to see if its stay too long in the refridgerator.
